Ivybridge

Ivybridge - Town on the South West tip of Dartmoor - straight off the A38

Starting off here at Ivybridge, the Two Moors Way crosses Dartmoor and Exmoor and finishes in Lynmouth on the North Devon coast. Travelling through both beautiful National Parks the walk offers the more experienced walker a bit of a  challenge, and some walkers complete the walk in several stages, taking a new section on each visit. The Dartmoor section from Ivybridge to Morchard Bishop is 54 miles in length and I suggest you take at least 5 days to accomplish it. Ivybridge has a Walking Festival every year from the end of April to the first week of May.
