The Oxenham Arms Hotel and Restuarant Home of the Neolithic South Zeal menhir, this 13th-century former Benedictine monastery is said to be the oldest heritage pub in Devon and Cornwall. Holne Community Shop and Tearoom Holne Community Shop and Tearoom serves delicious cream teas and cakes, a terrific all-day breakfast, plus soups, sandwiches, pies and other goodies. The shop is incredibly well stocked with most things that visitors might need. They're open from 11.00 to 5.00 every day of the year except Christmas Day and New Years Day. Holne Community Shop and Tea Room nestles in the charming village of Holne in beautiful Dartmoor National Park.

In 2011 the villagers formed a co-operative and in 2014 raised enough funds to purchase the premises with the help of the Charity Bank and the support of many local shareholders.

Staffed by local volunteers and one manager the shop and tea room prides itself on being very much run by the community for the community.
