Greenbank offer 2 double rooms, one of which is in a completely self contained annexe with its own front door and staircase and a modern en-suite power shower room. The second double room has an adjacent private bathroom.
Tea and coffee making are in both rooms along with fresh milk. The rate for these room is £80 per night. Any room as a single £50

Legendary breakfasts are served in the house dining room with good local produce, their own free range eggs and fresh fruit, Aga porridge and 'frogs' 

This is a laid back country house, inclined to comfort rather than decor trends. So please don't expect towelling bedroom slippers.

A small single is available along the landing and is ideal for an accompanying child at £30 per night

The twin room looks out over the garden and is ideal for accompanying children or friends, as guests have to share the bathroom of the double. However, should two guests wish to take the twin room and have exclusive use of the bathroom, then they are welcome to book it at £75 per night 

Dogs are welcome to stay - £5 per night

Greenbank is situated at the foot of Meldon, and a stone's throw from Nattadon. It is just a 10 minute walk from charming Chagford.  Guests are welcome to come and go as they please

Local Towns and Villages
What's nearby?: 
Exeter is 40 minutes drive away. Plymouth and the seaside is also a half hour drive. The Eden Project can be reached within the hour. Bowdens and Webbers, the two hardware shops in the Square at Chagford are known throughout the World. You will find 3 pubs, two banks and several good places to eat in town along with Blacks, an excellent Deli with lots of goodies. There are lots of gardens open to the public in this area. Castle Drogo, Stone Lane Gardens, and The Miniature Pony Centre at Moretonhampstead. Chagford is a traditional Dartmoor village which has a colourful Flea Market each Friday morning and a busy general auction 4 times a year.
