Dating from the 16th century, it is what was known as a 'hall house'. In former days the smoke from the domestic fire would have found it's own way through the roof, which was originally thatched. These days it's a family home with two comfortable guest letting rooms and a wonderful view of Kestor Rock from the garden.
One double with it's own private bathroom, and one twin with shower room en-suite. Each beamed bedroom has a kettle with a tea and coffee making tray.
Excellent breakfasts served in the cosy, panelled dining room. Choose from a range of cereals with a Full English cooked breakfast using high quality local produce.
No smoking in the house.
On sunnier afternoons guests are invited to take tea in the totally private garden with it's far reaching moorland views towards Kestor Rock
