Surrounded by cottage-style garden with small, enclosed area (chairs) to the front, and the rest roughly mown and well-stocked with stream and large pond (unfenced) with ducks. Paddock for ball kicking and running off steam, shared with the two cats, guinea fowl and hens that live in the barn at the end of the drive (tended regularly).
