There are 2 bathrooms: - The main bathroom with a shower over the bath, and the small bathroom, which has a corner toilet and studio bath, is built into the eaves of the house. Sloping ceilings and dormer windows give a clue to its former use as a row of barns. All bed linen and towels provided free. Oil CH/HW included, and free WiFi. The sunken patio has furniture and BBQ, and there is a second raised patio with table and chairs, as well as a bike storage area. Guests are very welcome to use the owners' garden. We are very dog friendly, and pets are free-of-charge. Enjoy the peace, watching the birds feeding at the bird table in the mornings, and gazing at the stars on a clear night, perhaps while enjoying a glass on wine on the sunken patio. Away from the Barn, there is lots do in this lovely area of Devon, from theme parks to waterfalls, castles to cream teas, ponies to steam railways and boat trips, gardens to zip-wires or canoeing. Route 27 of the Sustrans Coast to Coast cycle route is right outside the gate, and the track leading to the bridge over the river Tavy is also a bridle path. Bikes can be hired locally, and there are riding stables on the edge of the village for novice or experienced riders to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the saddle. There is something for everyone!
